This page is an information resource for residents of Pheasant Run Subdivision, Maryland Heights, MO.

The Pheasant Run Subdivision was indentured on January 8, 1969. The indenture provided that all lot owners are members of the Pheasant Run Residents Association (PRRA), and are subject to the PRRA Indentures and Bylaws. A copy of the Indentures and Bylaws is contained under the "Resource Center" tab under the Navigation sidebar of this page.

The mission of the Board of Officers for PRRA is to preserve and enhance the property of our Subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas and upholding our Bylaws and Indentures. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. Our subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family.
