Property Manager - Our property is managed by Community Property Management (CPM), Manchester MO. CPM works with the Board of Directors to manage all business aspects of our subdivision, including our annual property assessment. The CPM portal allows property owners access to their financial account and pay their assessment online, as well as various subdivision documents including financial reports and governing documents. All homeowners are encouraged to get an account to the CPM portal.  The web address is: https://portal.cpmgateway.com/  

Facebook - We have a private group page on Facebook. This group is for residents of Pheasant Run Subdivision. We make announcements, solicit resident feedback, post documents such as the quarterly Newsletters and monthly Officer Meeting Minutes, and exchange ideas to keep our neighborhood a great place to live.  The web address is: https://www.facebook.com/groups/PheasantRunSTL
